How do I cancel my subscription?+
On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android, go to Play Store > Subscriptions. On web, go to Settings > Billing in the AtanNote app.
Can I recover deleted notes?+
Once a note is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Pro users have version history to restore previous versions of existing notes.
What languages are supported?+
AtanNote supports 80+ languages for transcription and refinement, including English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Burmese, and many more.
Is my audio data stored on your servers?+
Audio is processed securely for transcription and is not permanently stored on our servers. Your transcribed notes are stored in your account.
How do I delete my account?+
You can delete your account from Settings > Account > Data & Privacy > Delete Account in the app, or visit atannote.ai/delete-account.
I was charged but didn't get Pro features+
Try restoring purchases: go to the upgrade screen and tap "Restore Purchases". If the issue persists, contact us below.
